I recommend buying eset smart or kaspersky internet security. But there are some free options like avg and others. Be sure to download from a reputable company just ask a geek friend. Be sure to run a full system scan once a week. A anti-virus does you no good if its not used!!
NOTE: I do not recommend commercial firewalls in most cases windows firewall will be more than enough
